Find our policies regarding cancellations, online orders and training.

Cancellation Policy

BOOKING FEE: 

When booking online you are required to pay a booking fee. This is to secure your booking.

All booking fees will be taken off the total of your treatment on the day of your appointment.

NO SHOW: 

If you do not show up to your booked appointment your booking fee is lost. If you wish to re-book you will be asked to leave another booking fee  to secure a new appointment time.

LATE CANCELLATION:

If you cancel your appointment with less than 24hrs notice you will forfeit your booking fee. If no booking fee was paid a cancellation fee will be charged to your nominated card.

CANCELLATIONS PRIOR TO 48 HOURS:

If you cancel within 48hours of your appointment your booking fee can be used to reschedule a new appointment. We will endeavor to secure a new appointment time at our earliest convenience for you.

LATE ARRVIVALS:

Please note that if you are more then 10 mins late to your appointment time, we can not provide the full service for you, and you will need to pay for the Full Service. If you wish us to complete the service, you will only have the remaining time that you scheduled and may not get the desired outcome of your service.

Online Orders

Refunds or exchanges can not be issued for any products, unless faulty. Please ensure that you choose your products correctly.

Training

We offer a 48 hour cooling off period in which your full booking fee will be returned if you no longer wish to proceed with your training, after this time frame your booking fee is non refundable if you simply change your mind or find the same service at a cheaper price.

If you need to change your training date due to other commitments we are more than happy to accommodate you with another date, day or time. This must be done within 48 hours of your scheduled training date. If 48 hours notice is not given and you wish to attend another class you will have to enroll again and pay the new training fees.
