Find our policies regarding cancellations, online orders and training.

Cancellation Policy

NO SHOW: 

If you do not show up to your booked appt, you will be charged 100% of your service fee. If you wish to rebook you will be asked to leave a 50-% deposit.

We will process the Credit card that you have on file with us for the no show payment. 

 

LATE CANCELLATION:

If you cancel your appt within 24hrs of your appt, you will be charged a 50% booking fee. If you cancel Same day cancellations will incur the FULL SERVICE fee being charged as it is to late for us to try and fill that appointment.

 

Online Orders

Refunds or exchanges can not be issued for products. 

Training

We offer a 48 hour cooling off period in which your full deposit will be returned if you no longer wish to proceed with your training, after this time frame your deposit is non refundable if you simply change your mind or find the same service at a cheaper price

If you need to change your training date due to other commitments we are more than happy to accommodate you with another date, day or time

Please note: If you do not show up to your specified training day and wish to rebook and or reschedule an admininstration fee will apply. 

* 48 hours notice is required for admin fee not to be charged.
