Cancellation Policy

BOOKING FEE: 

When booking online you are required to pay a booking fee. 

This will be taken off the total of your treatment on the day of your appointment.

NO SHOW: 

If you do not show up to your booked appointment your booking fee is lost. If you wish to re-book you will be asked to leave a 50-% booking fee to secure a new appointment time.

LATE CANCELLATION:

If you cancel your appointment with less than 24hrs notice you will forfeit your booking fee. If no BOOKING FEE was paid a cancellation fee will be charged.

CANCELLATIONS PRIOR TO 48 HOURS:

We will endeavour to secure a new appointment time at our earliest convenience for you. Your booking fee will be applied to your next scheduled appointment4

Online Orders

Refunds or exchanges can not be issued for products. 

Training

We offer a 48 hour cooling off period in which your full deposit will be returned if you no longer wish to proceed with your training, after this time frame your deposit is non refundable if you simply change your mind or find the same service at a cheaper price

If you need to change your training date due to other commitments we are more than happy to accommodate you with another date, day or time

Please note: If you do not show up to your specified training day and wish to rebook and or reschedule an admininstration fee will apply.
