Find our policies regarding cancellations, online orders and training.

Cancellation Policy

We Understand  that things in life can happen from time to time and schedules can change, all we ask of you is for you to give as much notice as possible if needing to cancel/reschedule your booking. What we also ask of you is to respect our polices that we have in place (listed below) as they help us run our business as smooth as we possibly can. 

BOOKING FEE POLICY: 

When booking online you are required to pay a booking fee. A booking fee secures your booking/appointment.

All booking fees will be taken off the total of your treatment on the day of your appointment.

NO SHOW POLICY: 

If you do not show up to your booked appointment your booking fee is lost/non refundable and can not be transferred to a new booking/appointment time.  If you wish to re-book you will be asked to leave another booking fee to secure a new appointment time.

LATE CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you cancel your appointment with less than 48hrs notice you will forfeit your booking fee. If no booking fee was paid at time of booking you will be required to pay a cancellation fee of 50% of your service.

CANCELLATIONS PRIOR TO 48 HOURS POLICY:

If you cancel within 48hours of your appointment your booking fee can be used to reschedule a new appointment. We will endeavor to secure a new appointment time at our earliest convenience for you.

LATE ARRVIVALS POLICY:

Please note that if you are more then 15 mins late to your appointment time, we can not provide the full service for you, and you will still  need to pay for the Full Service. If you wish us to complete the service, you will only have the remaining time that you scheduled and may not get the desired outcome of your service. If you wish to not proceed with the appointment you still are required to pay the full fee for the booking.

Online Orders

Refunds or exchanges can not be issued for any products, unless faulty. Please ensure that you choose your products correctly when purchasing.

Training

We offer a 48 hour cooling off period in which your full booking fee will be returned if you no longer wish to proceed with your training, after this time frame your booking fee is non refundable if you simply change your mind or find the same service at a cheaper price.

If you need to change your training date due to other commitments we are more than happy to accommodate you with another date, day or time. This must be done within 48 hours of your scheduled training date. If 48 hours notice is not given and you wish to attend another class you will have to enroll again and pay the new training fees as we can not fill your spot with short notice.
