With over 16 years in the beauty industry and more than a decade of training experience, she has worked with and mentored hundreds of students across lashes, business, and technique refinement.

Meet Carly

Founder & Educator

Sixteen years ago, I was working full-time when I decided to enrol in a lash course.

I was also pregnant with my son.

At the time, I wasn’t trying to build a big brand or empire. I was looking for flexibility. Something that could work around my life.

I started lashing from the spare room of my house while still working my full-time job. After my son was born, I worked during nap times and evenings. It fit into the season I was in.

Before long, my books were full.

Lashing gave me the ability to choose my hours, earn an income and contribute to my family, and build something that supported my life instead of competing with it. When demand grew, I stepped away from my full-time job and committed fully to the industry.

That decision changed everything.

Over time, my business expanded. My client base became incredibly loyal. I moved into education, trained other artists, and later developed my own product line.

Today, I’ve been in the lash industry for over 16 years and have spent more than a decade training students, many of whom started exactly where I did.

Beginners Volume Training

Beginners Volume is a combination of both our classic and volume classes put together at a discounted rate.

Volume Lash Training

Volume Lash training is the art of applying 2D- 12D handmade lashes to one natural lash using a very thin, lightweight lash.

Classic Lash Training

Classic Lash training is the art of applying 1 extension to one natural lash.

Pre Made Volume Fan Training

This short course is for lash artists who have already completed classic training and are wanting to take the next step in lashing.

Classic & Premade Fan Lash Training

This course is our classic course , with an added section of how to apply Pre made volume fans safely.

Small Intimate Classes

Lash Addict Lashes are proud to offer Small Intimate Class Settings with a maximum of 2-4 students per class.

Our small class size means you will be getting complete undivided attention from Lash Trainer Carly, ensuring better learning of the theory and application techniques, which helps immensely with success rates.

Access to our online students community group

We have recently began an Online community portal via Facebook that all students are welcome to join.

Within this group you can chat to one another gaining further information and insight PLUS Carly is also apart of this group and will be offering advice, tips and tricks weekly to keep you all update and fresh to continue lashing to the best of your ability.

This tool is such a great way to help all students stay connected, to grow , evolve and stay up to date with all things lash.

Continued support and business mentoring once training is complete

This means once your training is finished you can contact us at any time to have your questions answered. We are always working with students long after they finish up to ensure their success. There is no extra cost for our support , this is factored into your training fees.

Carly prides herself on giving 110 % to every single student that walks through our doors before sending them on their way, confident and ready to begin lashing.

Training Day Schedule

Our Lash Trainings are generally run Wednesday and some Saturdays/Sundays and run over 1.5 days.

Day 1 of our workshop begins with morning theory where we cover a range of in depth topics, followed by the practical component in the afternoon where we work on your live model.

Day 2 is a follow up day (3 weeks later for approx 3 hrs) where we will discuss any questions or concerns you may have encountered whilst completing the 5 full sets we require you to finish within the 3 weeks on your own before we certify you (before and after photos to be taken).

A model is required at both training dates, usually a family member or a friend is best.

Lash extension application time may vary, depending on what set you choose.

Business Opportunities and Benefits

Eyelash Extensions are HIGH INCOME and LOW OVERHEAD = higher profit margins.

Average income of $50-$100 per hour with very low product cost.

If you were to charge $150 for a full set, the profit margin is anywhere between 75%-80%.

Repeat service, clients rebook every 3 weeks, so you can manage your income in advance.

Kit that provides enough products to complete approx. 80-100 full sets. If you were to charge $150 per set, that’s an income of up to $15,000 from an outlay of only $1350!!

Low course costs/low outlay.

Bookings

To book we require a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to your course commencement.

If you happen to book close to your course date payment is required in full. It is a first in best dressed booking basis.

We offer a 48 hour cooling off period in which your full booking fee will be returned if you no longer wish to proceed with your training. After this time frame your booking fee is non refundable if you simply change your mind or find the same service at a cheaper price.

If you need to change your training date due to other commitments we are more than happy to accommodate you with another date, day or time. This must be done within 48 hours of your scheduled training date. If 48 hours notice is not given and you wish to attend another class you will have to enrol again and pay the new training fees.

*AFTER PAY is now an option and we are happy to accommodate our own personal payment plans which will require a smaller deposit to secure your place and must be paid in full two weeks prior to your course date.

When Comparing Courses

We ask you to have a think about the investment you will be making for your future, and to ask the following questions;

How experienced is the trainer, do they currently still apply lashes, what Is the course duration, what is included in the kit, what is required for assessment to receive your certificate of completion, will you received ongoing support once your course is complete, what comes in the kit and are there past students successful and still lashing.

These are such important questions to ask when choosing a course, as many of these things determine the price, quality and delivery of the training.
